About St Duke's Distillery
We are a small, family-run Distillery based in the beautiful south-west of Western Australia. We specialize in small batch artisanal distilling, using whey, a by-product from our cheese factory Harvey Cheese, to produce our own range of delicious drinks.
As the only company in Australia using cow's whey to produce alcohol, our products are very unique. Visit us today to experience these award-winning drinks for yourself:

Voted Top-10 home-grown spirits
Last year the WA Good Food Guide launched a third pillar to their Wine and Beer Awards: the Spirit Awards. Andrew McIntyre led a distinguished panel of judges in a blind tasting to arrive at the Top 10 home-grown spirits.
#4 A1 Vodka
“A1 delivers all the things you want in a vodka, from the initial clean freshness of flavour to intriguing notes of sweet aniseed, all the way through to an alluring, velvety mouth feel.”
#10 Harvey Dry Gin
“The Harvey Dry Gin has a strong juniper backbone but then heroes lemon, myrtle and citrus before finishing with aniseed and liquorice. Of course, the whey adds another dimension, too.”
