Deliveries and Returns

All of our deliveries and hand packed and dispatched within 1 business day of orders being confirmed. We take every measure to ensure that our customers receive their orders in good condition. 

Deliveries are made via Australia Post. You should receive a tracking code once the order has been dispatched. 

Should there be any damage to your order, St Duke's Distillery will refund your item up to 7 days from the date of purchase, providing we receive photographs of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please contact us at info@stdukesdistillery.com.au

St Duke's Distillery is unable to modify or cancel confirmed orders.

St Duke's Distillery cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by Australia Post.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot cover the cost of 'return to sender' due to incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is RTS, a shipping fee will occur to re-ship.
