We’re the only distillery in Australia that produces alcohol from cow´s whey - a by-product of our cheesemaking process at Harvey Cheese. This innovative approach results in a smooth, full bodied spirit with a distinctive character.

Yes, our spirits are gluten-free, but since they are distilled from whey (a dairy by-product), they are not vegan.
As long as the bottle is kept out of direct sunlight, stored away from extreme temperatures, and sealed properly, your gin can last for many years unopened.
Once opened, we recommend consuming it within six months, as spirits can gradually lose some of their flavor and character over time.
The exact shelf life after opening depends on factors such as the bottle size, the spirit’s alcohol by volume (ABV), and the amount of spirit left in the bottle compared to the air exposure.

Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping with a flat rate of $10. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
Yes! We offer spirit tastings—3 for $10, 5 for $15, or all 8 for $20. Visitors can also tour our distillery to learn about our unique whey distillation process.
